To participate in any of our therapy programs, we recommend you to follow these steps in order to properly process your request:

3. 3. Print the completed application form and attach a passport size photograph of the applicant.

4. 4. Prepare a brief letter explaining what motivates you and/or the applicant to participate in our therapy programs we offer and what are your expectations.
